摘要
教学与科研是高等学校不可或缺的两大职能。当前的高等教育实践中,高校的教学与科研存在失衡、相互脱节和评价失准的突出问题。这一方面归因社会观念影响,另一方面来自高校及教师对教学与科研的认知与评价。应通过完善国家相关政策和制度建设,明确高校自身定位,引导教师多元发展等措施加以改进。
Teaching and research are the two indispensable functions of universities. Currently, there are some prominent problems of the university in dealing with the relationship between teaching and research in China as the unbalanced orientation, the mutual disjunction and the inaccurate evaluation. On the one hand, the problems attributed to the influences of national policy guidance and social concept; on the other hand, the problems resulted from the cognition and evaluation of the universities and the teachers. Therefore, we should improve the construction of relevant policy and system of the nation, clarify the orientation of universities, and guide the muhi-element development of the teachers, so as to solve the problems.
