High Alloy Steel Wear Resistant Hardingfacing Flux-cored Wire and Its Overlay Properties

摘要 研制了一种焊接工艺性优良的埋弧堆焊用高合金钢耐磨硬面药芯焊丝,并对试样进行回火处理、环境扫描电镜分析、洛氏硬度测量及磨粒磨损实验,研究了焊态及不同回火温度下堆焊层的组织、硬度、耐磨性。实验表明:堆焊层组织均为马氏体+残余奥氏体+碳化物;堆焊层硬度分布均匀,回火温度在500℃左右时,堆焊层硬度最高,达到55~56HRC;堆焊层金属在450~500℃温度范围内回火时具有良好的耐磨性、稳定性。 Developed a good welding performance of submerged-arc high alloy steel wear resitant hardingfacing flux-cored wire, carried out experiments of tempering treatment, ESEM, Rockwell hardness test and abrasive wear experiment to the samples, investigated the microstructure, hardness and wear resistance property of its deposited metal samples at as welded and different tempering treatment temperatures. Experiments show that the mierostructures are M + retained austennite + carbide; The hardness of the overlay is homogeneously distributed, as high as 55 -56HRC when tempering at 500 ℃ ; The overlay has excellent wear resistance property and stability when tempering within the hounds of 450-500 ℃.
