摘要
蜂蜜、柠檬和红茶含有一定的保健功能因子且资源丰富。以红茶为主料,配以蜂蜜和柠檬,研究蜂蜜柠檬红茶饮料的生产工艺,确定关键工艺过程和工艺参数,进而研制出一种口味香醇、营养丰富、具有蜂蜜和柠檬特有酸甜口味的红茶饮料。
There are certain heahhcare factors in honey, lemon, and black tea, and their resources are abundant. Researches were conducted on the production technique of black tea beverage mixed with honey and lemon. Major production process and parameters were determined so as to produce savoury and mellow black tea beverage with rich nutrition.
