摘要
以小学高年级学生为研究对象,应用实验的方法,抽取132名学生组成实验组和对照组,采用《心理健康诊断测验(MHT)》量表检验拉丁舞学习与锻炼对于改善高年级小学生心理健康状况的积极作用。实验结果表明,拉丁舞学习能够有效改善高年级小学生"学习焦虑"、"对人焦虑"、"自责倾向"、"身体症状"、"孤独倾向"和"过敏倾向"等心理方面的问题,可以有效提升高年级小学生心理健康水平。认为各部门、各学校应当充分认识拉丁舞学习和锻炼改善高年级小学生心理健康水平的重要作用和意义,在小学体育教学中大力推广拉丁舞运动。
Taking the higher-grade primary students as subjects and applied experiment method,this paper selected 132 students to from experimental group and comparative group.Then it took the《Test for the Mental Health(MHT)》scale to check the postive effect of the study of latin dance to improving the mental health of higher-grade primary students.The experiment result shows: The study of latin dance can improve such mental health probems for higher-grade primary students as "learning anxiety","interpersonal anxiety","self-accusation tendency","loneliness" and "allergic tendency",which can improve the higher-grade primary students' mental health.Therefore,this paper holds that each department and every school should fully recognize the important function and significance of latin dance to the improvement of the higher-grade primary students' mental health and then promote latin dance in primary school's education.
