摘要
计算机数字控制CNC和可编程逻辑控制PLC构成了目前自动化生产线底层生产设备两类主要的控制器。在基于总线系统连接的网络化生产线中,两类控制器的分布式控制机理相互独立,这对生产线整体的分布式控制、优化的控制性能及进一步的柔性智能可重构控制带来困难。将IEC61499分布式控制机制引入到设备层控制网络,将PLC与CNC控制器设计为Device元素层次的模型,从而形成设备层控制器统一的分布式控制体系。基于数控系统开放式体系结构与STEP-NC控制器设计了CNC控制器的Device模型。并以应用模型Application为基础形成底层设备的分布式控制网络。以固高公司的柔性自动化生产系统和GMD四轴运动控制开发平台构建实例系统进行验证。
Computerized numerical controller and programmable logic controller compose two main kind controller for lower level machines in production line.In the networked manufacturing environment based on fieldbus,their distributed control mechanism is standalone,which leads to shortcoming in uniform distributed control of networked machine controller and further intelligent and reconfigurable control.Distributed control mechanism of IEC61499 is introduced for controller network of CNC and PLC,and Device models are specified for respective PLC and CNC.Device model for CNC machine is proposed supporting by open structure CNC and STEP-NC,and Application model is applied to describe the lower level machine controller network.Googol Flexible Manufacturing System and four Axis development platform are selected as case study.
