基于模态分析的VMC850E加工中心改进设计 被引量:9

CNC Machine Tool Design Based on Modal Analysis

摘要 通过有限元和试验法,对VMC850E加工中心进行了模态分析,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS在机床实体模型的基础上,利用SOLID45单元和和结合面阻尼弹簧单元COMBIN14建立起机床的有限元模型,并进行了模态分析得出机床的八阶模态和振型。通过试验模态分析进行验证,确定机床的不稳定模态,为机床的进一步优化设计提供了有效的模型和方法。 Modal analysis of CNC milling machine VMC850E was done based on element method and experiment.With the solid45 and Combin14 unit of the software of ANSYS 10.0,the finite element model of the machine tool is setup.Eight modals are got from the finite element analysis and experiment.Compare both sides of these modals.Instable modals of the machine are got.With it,good model and good way of how to re-design a machine tool are founded.
