摘要
目的:提高糖尿病患者口腔溃疡的临床疗效,提高糖尿病病人的生活质量,减轻病人的痛苦。方法:收集2010年1月-2010年12月因糖尿病口腔溃疡就诊于我院的60例患者的临床治疗,在积极控制患者血糖的基础上,有针对性的治疗患者的口腔溃疡,观察患者的临床疗效。结果:60例糖尿病口腔溃疡患者中,经临床治疗,有32例患者的溃疡面愈合,25例患者的溃疡面好转,患者的总体治疗有效率高达95%。结论:在积极进行血糖控制的基础上,加强对糖尿病口腔溃疡患者的临床治疗,能显著改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective：To improve oral ulcer diabetes, improve the clinical curative effect of diabetic patient ＇s quality of life, alleviate the slfffering of patients. Methods：We collected in January 2010 - December 2010 doctor because of diabetes in our oral ulceration of 60 patients in the clinical treatment of patients with active control, blood glucose, and on the basis of targeted therapy patient oral ulcer, the clinical curative effect of the patients were observed. Results：60 cases of diabetic patients in oral cavity ulcer, the clinical treatment ,32 cases were ulcer surface healing,25 patients, patients improved ulcer surface to 95 percent of overall treatment effieiendy. Conclusion：In actively carries out the basis of blood sugar control for diabetes, strengthen the clinical treatment of patients with oral cavity ulcer, can markedly improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life of the patients.
