摘要
针对旋转机械设备振动在线监测与故障诊断的需要,设计一种基于FPGA的多通道高速数据采集平台。给出原理框图,详细说明FPGA内关键模块的设计思想与实现。应用结果表明,采用该方法有效减小了系统复杂度,具有抗干扰强、可靠性高等优点。
Aim to the requirements of online monitoring and fault diagnosis system of rotational machines,a multi-channel high speed data sampling system based on FPGA is proposed.Introduce to the functional block diagram and design ideas of important module in FPGA.This solution has several advantages such as cost reduction on system complexity,strong anti-jamming ability.
