摘要
给出了住宅建造企业科技创新团队的定义及其成长性的含义,明确了科技创新团队的意义。为保证企业将有限的资源投入到有创新潜力或具有一定成长性的创新团队中,提出了住宅建造企业科技创新团队成长性的ANP-SPA评价方法,并进行了实证研究,客观地反映了住宅建造企业科技创新团队的成长性,从而为企业科研管理部门优化科技资源配置、调整创新团队结构布局提供有效的管理手段。
This paper proposes the concept of Sci-Tech Innovation Teams and its Growth in Housing Construction enterprises,then summarizes the meanings of Sci-Tech Innovation Teams in Housing Construction enterprises.In order to improve the efficiency of the resources,this paper introduces the ANP-SPA method to evaluate the Growth of Sci-Tech Innovation Teams in Housing Construction enterprises.Moreover a case study verified feasibility of the above method.
