摘要
研究了不同分子量的上浆剂对碳纤维表观状态及其界面性能的影响,并采用了AFM,SEM等表面分析技术研究了上浆后碳纤维表面形貌.AFM,SEM证实了S-1表面没有小颗粒存在,沟槽较均匀,而S-2表面的沟槽较深,S-3表面的沟槽较浅,且表面都有小的颗粒.XPS证实了S-1表面含有O元素含量最高,表面极性官能团较多.上浆剂分子量对制备的复合材料的界面性能和耐湿热老化性能有较大的影响,分子量适中的上浆剂HIT-7上浆处理后的碳纤维及其复合材料的性能最优.
The effects of three different molecular weight of sizing agent on the performances of carbon fiber and carbon fiber composites were studied.It was found that a number of grooves uniformly dispersed on the S-1 surface.The depth of grooves on the S-1 surface was smaller than that on the S-2,but bigger than that on the S-3.Small particles on the S-2 and S-3 surface were confirmed by AFM,SEM.XPS also confirmed that S-1 surface contained more O element than others.The results indicated that the high and low molecular weight of sizing agent decreased the interfacial shear strengths and ageing properties of carbon fiber composites,while the moderate molecular weight sizing agent(HIT-7) showed better interfacial adhesion and ageing property.
