摘要
目的：探讨脑梗死患者血糖水平对预后的影响。方法：将１６９ 例脑梗死患者分为２ 组：血糖正常组５４ 例，血糖升高组１１５ 例。对照分析脑梗死患者血糖水平与脑梗死面积、好转率、病死率的关系。结果：急性脑梗死患者血糖水平升高不仅使脑梗死范围增大，且影响预后。结论：血糖水平高低，可作为估计脑梗死范围及预后的重要参数。
OBJECTIVE:To determine the influence of blood sugar level on prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.METHOD:169 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two group:54 with normal blood sugar and 115 with increased blood sugar. Association between blood sugar level and infarcted range,remittent rate and mortality was studied.RESULTS:Increased blood sugar level may enlarge range of infarction and result in bad prognosis.CONCLUSION:Blood sugar level can be used for evaluating infarcted range and predicting prognosis of cerebral infarction.
