艾司西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症临床疗效观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的观察艾司西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症临床疗效。方法 120例老年抑郁症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,分别给予艾司西酞普兰和氟西汀治疗,总疗程6周。结果治疗后两组评分均有明显下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但观察组降低程度更明显,其变化值与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组总有效率分别为91.7%和78.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾司西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症临床疗效高,适宜临床推广使用。
