摘要
《劳动合同法》实施后,劳动合同的长期化将成为趋势。结合实际,笔者提出几点建议,希望有助于解决此类问题。
The implementation of labor contract law,labor contract after the long-term change will become the trend.Combined with the actual,the author puts forward several proposals,hope to contribute to solve such problem.
