摘要
目的：考察天丹降压颗粒剂对高血压病的治疗作用。方法：精选１３ 味中药制成天丹降压颗粒剂，治疗３７ 例高血压病左心室肥厚伴舒张功能障碍的患者，与脉君安治疗的３５ 例作对照观察。结果：两组治疗前后降压疗效有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０－００１） ，但组间疗效比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞ ０－０５） ；两组间证候疗效有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０－０１） ；反映左心室肥厚的指标ＩＶＳＴ、ＬＶＰＷＴ、ＬＶＭＩ治疗后两组间比较有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０－００５ ～０－００１） ；反映左室舒张功能的指标ＰＶＥ、ＰＶＡ、Ａ／Ｅ、ＥＰＳＳ 治疗后两组比较亦有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０－００１） 。结论：天丹降压颗粒剂不但可以降压，同时还可逆转高血压病左室肥厚，改善舒张功能，在保护靶器官方面显示良好的应用前景。
Objects: To invest the therapeutic effect of Tiandan Jiangya granula on hypertension Methods: Tiandan Jiangya granula,which be elaborately made from 13 medicinal herbs, was used to cure 37 patients with left ventricular hypertrophy of hypertension and diastolic functional disorder, comparing with the treatment of 35 cases with Maijun'an Result: The curative effect of hypotensor in the two groups before and after the treatment, had very obvious difference(P<0 001), but with no obvious difference between the two groups(P>0 05); The curative effect of symptom between them had very marked difference(P<0 01); the index: IVST、LVPWT、LVMI, which reflecting the left ventricular hypertrophy had very marked difference between the two groups(P<0 005 -0 001); so did the index :PVE、PVA、A/E、EPSS after the treatment, which reflecting the diastolic function of left ventricular Conclusion: Tiandan Jiangya gramula can not only decrease the pressure, but also reverse left ventricular hypertrophy of hypertension it has good practical prospect in preventing the target organ
