Clinical application of leflunomide in rheumatism and nephrosis

摘要 来氟米特作为一种新型免疫抑制剂,最初主要用于类风湿关节炎治疗。近年基础和临床研究表明,本品对其他风湿免疫性疾病和肾脏疾病等治疗具有较好的临床疗效。本文综述来氟米特相关临床应用研究。 As a new immunosuppressive agent,leflunomide is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis originally.In recent years,basic and clinical studies have shown that the efficacy of leflunomide in the treatment of other rheumatism and nephrosis is significant.This review describes the clinical application of leflunomide in rheumatism and nephrosis.
