摘要
中国出口长期依赖高成本、低效益的数量型扩张模式,出口企业有生产优势却面临价格劣势,获得的比较利益水平低下。要实现出口升级,就必须提高出口企业的收益水平。理论推导和案例分析均表明,出口企业只有具备一定的市场势力,才能在与贸易伙伴的谈判中获得主动权,进而在贸易利益分配中取得有利地位。因此,中国出口企业提升收益水平的突破方向并非单纯的技术进步,而应着重于降低出口行业企业间的竞争度,打破国外厂商的垄断并力争由本国厂商形成一定的优势地位。
Chinese export's growth depend on quantity expand model with high cost and low profit, export enterprises of China have production advantage, but face with price inferior position, the lev el of profit get from international trade is very low. We must promote export enterprises" profit in order could get initiative power in negotiation with trade partners and then get advantageous position in trade profit allocation only when export enterprises have market power. The key point of export enterprises" profit promotion isnt semplice technological advance. We should reduce the competition degree in main export industries; help domestic enterprises to break foreign enterprises'monopolize and then try to get monopoly power.
