摘要
阐述了多种形式消防队伍的发展现状,分析了其在招聘、管理、工资福利等方面存在的问题及解决的方法和对策,以期今后创新发展多种形式消防队伍,使其在执勤训练、火灾防控、灭火及抢险救援方面发挥更加重要的作用。
This paper explains the forms of present fire forces and analyzes the problems with the recruit,the management and the welfare and compensation.It also makes some suggestions to solve these problems.
