摘要
目的对社区服务机构内老年人护理需求进行调查,探索老年人护理服务的内容和方式。方法对华泾社区的养老院和社区卫生服务中心内的120名老年人,用自制的老年护理需求评估表为调查工具。评估内容:个人基本情况、躯肢体活动情况、生活自理能力、认知能力、心理与精神状况等5个方面共51条目。结果平均年龄79.42岁,丧偶者44.17%、没有受过教育、小学初中80.00%、每月收入为1848.24元、患基础疾病2～4种者占75.83%、躯肢体部分和完全活动障碍为84.16%、生活自理方面部分和完全需要帮助者77.83%、有抑郁感为25.83%。结论老年人机能衰退,意外、疾病和心理问题、护理需求大,又缺人照料;建议有关部门探索建立独立于医疗保险体系的长期照料服务体系、解决长期照料服务严重缺失,机构服务床位严重不足。
Objective To investigate the care needs of the elderly in community service institutions,and to explore the content and methods of the care service for the aged. Methods A survey by using a self-designed questionnaire on the care needs was conducted among 120 elderly people in Huajing community nursing homes and community health service centers. Contents： the basic personal information;the body and limbs physical activity ,daily living,cognitive ability ,mental condition and other psychological aspects etc. in a total of 51 entries in 5 areas. Results The average age was 79.42 years old. 44.17% of them were widowhood,80.00% of them were without education or with primary junior high school education. The monthly income was RMB 1848.24 Yuan. 75.83% of them were suffered from 2-4 underlying diseases. 84.16% of them were partial or complete limb movement disorder. For the serf-care,77.83% of them needed partially and completely help. 25.83% of them had sense of depression. Conclusion Because of the decreased physical function, accidents, illness and psychological problems, the care needs of the elderly people are great. They often lack support people. The government should establish the independent long-term care system for the aged besides the health insurance system, and solve the problems such as serious lack of long-term care, serious shortage of beds in the agencies.
