摘要
根据食品加工企业的性质、食品加工的不同地理分布对制冷与食品市场进行了深入地分析;阐述了制冷系统在食品加工中的地位;对制冷系统在食品加工中的应用范围进行了探讨,总结了目前食品加工行业的制冷系统情况及主流制冷系统的应用特点,得出在目前的市场经济条件下,应尽快制定冷冻冷藏食品的相关标准,对冷冻冷藏食品实行标准化、规范化管理,使之成为我国食品行业新的经济增长点。
According to the property of food processing companies and different geographical distribution of food processing, the refrigeration and food markets are analysised detailedly. The importance and the application range of refrigeration system in food processing are discussed. The applications of refrigeration system in food processing and central application features are summarized. In current market economy, we should establish relevant standards of food refrigeration and preservation and do management in standardization to enable the China's food industry to be come new economic growth point.
