摘要
目的通过比较白芷不同提取物解热、镇痛的药理学作用,考察其解热、镇痛的有效成分。方法通过对干酵母、2,4-二硝基苯酚所致大鼠发热的解热作用实验及对醋酸致小鼠扭体和热板致痛实验的干预,比较白芷不同提取物解热、镇痛的药效作用。结果白芷不同提取物对干酵母、2,4-二硝基苯酚致热法的实验中均以水提取物解热作用最强(P<0.01);白芷不同提取物对热致痛、醋酸所致扭体的干预实验中,以乙酸乙酯提取物作用最强(P<0.01)。结论白芷具有显著的解热镇痛药理作用,其解热作用最强成分集中在水提取物,其镇痛作用最强成分集中在乙酸乙酯提取物。
Objective To identify the active component of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae for analgesia and anti-febrile effects by comparing the pharmacological actions of the different extracts from Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.Methods The febrile model was induced by injecting yeast,2,4-dinitrophenol.The heat induced pain and acetic acid caused body distortion in mice.Then the mice were interfered to observe the effect of different extracts of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae on relieving fever and analgesia.Results All parts have the effect of relieving fever,the action of water extract is the strongest（P0.01）.All parts have good analgesia pharmacological action to pain caused by heat and acetic acid causing body distortion test in mice.The action of ethylacetate extract is the strongest（P0.01）.Conclusion Radix Angelicae Dahuricae has significantly relieve fever and analgesia pharmacological actions.The active compositions of analgesia are mainly in ethylacetate extract.The active compositions of relieving fever are mainly in water extract.
