摘要
近年来,超顺磁性纳米粒子以其独特的磁响应性和良好的生物相容性,越来越引起科学工作者的重视,本文专门对超顺磁性纳米粒子的制备加以论述,分别介绍沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、微乳液和反相微乳液法、水热法、多元醇还原法、化学气相沉积法、化学气相凝聚法、等离子蒸发法、机械球磨法、蒸发冷凝法和磁控溅射方法等合成磁性纳米粒子的方法及特点,概述了磁性纳米粒子的表征方法,对纳米磁性粒子的研究前景进行了展望。
In recent years, superparamagnetic nanoparticles for its unique magnetic response and biocompatibility, has drawn increasing attention of scientists. In this paper, some items about nano - magnetic particles were introduced. Firstly, the preparation methods including precipitation, sol - gel, microemulsion and reverse microemulsion method, hydrothermal method, polyol reduction method, chemical vapor deposition, chemical vapor condensation, plasma evaporation method, mechanical milling, evaporation condensation method, magnetron sputtering shooting methods and characteristics of nano-magnetic particles were introduced. Secondly, the characterization of nano-magnetic particles was described. Finally, the research prospect of nano-magnetic particles was presented.
