摘要
社会分层问题是很多学者研究的热点。对国内外科学共同体社会分层的研究成果进行归纳总结,认为未来的研究方向是:从多学科角度研究该问题;更多关注中低层次科技人员跨层流动影响因素以及不同层级科技人员的职业需求和激励措施。
The study of stratification in science is one of its important issues since the naissance of sociology of science.This paper reviews the theoretical and empirical literatures on stratification in science and then gives some suggestions for the future research：study this topic from different perspectives;pay more attention to the effect factors for the scientific and technological personnel flowing from the lower levels to the higher levels and adopt appropriate motivation measures.
