摘要
目的评价早期修复外伤性颅骨缺损的可行性及安全性。方法采用钛网外覆盖法对30例外伤性颅骨缺损患者进行早期修复。结果 30例修复效果均满意,随访1～6个月,颅骨缺损头颅外观畸形得以完好修复,且能较显著地促进神经功能的恢复。结论外伤性颅骨缺损早期修补不仅有利于神经功能的恢复,减少或避免颅骨缺损综合征,而且能减少患者的心理负担,提高生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety early repair of traumatic skull defect.Methods The method of titanium mesh outer covering 30 cases of traumatic skull defect in patients with early repair.Results Totally 30 patients were satisfied with the repair effect,followed up 1～6 months,the appearance of the skull deformities of skull defects can be repaired in good condition,and can promote more significant recovery of neurological function.Conclusions Early repair of traumatic skull defect not only beneficial to the recovery of neurological function,reduce or avoid the syndrome of skull defects,but also reduce the psychological burden of patients and improve the quality of life.
