摘要
目的了解心血管类中成药的应用现状及发展的趋势,为临床上合理用药提供参考。方法采用频度分析,金额排序,每日治疗费用以及序号比分析等方法,对安阳市中医药附属医院2008年至2010年心血管类中成药进行统计学分析。结果本研究显示心血管类药物所占的总金额呈逐年上升的趋势,其中心血管类中成药使用频度与其他类型的心血管类药物相比显著升高;消耗的金额最大的为注射用丹参粉针剂;2009年心血管类药物中DDDs前6位的中成药为注射用丹参粉针剂、血塞通软胶囊、复方丹参滴丸、通心络胶囊、银杏叶片、血塞通注射液。结论本研究显示心血管类中成药的用药基本符合安全、有效、经济的用药原则,临床上心血管病口服制剂为主要的剂型,消耗金额以注射剂为首。
Objective To understand the application and development trend cardiovascular medicine in our hospital for clinical reference on the rational use of drugs.Methods Using frequency analysis,the amount of sorting,the daily cost of treatment and the number ratio analysis and other methods in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were statistically analyzed cardiovascular medicine.ResultsOur hospital from 2008 to 2010 the share of cardiovascular drugs was the total amount of the rise year by year,of which use the frequency of cardiovasular medicine and other types of cardiovascular drugs was significantly higher;Consumes the largest amount for salvia miltiorrhiza injection;2009 DDDs of cardiovascular drugs in Chinese medicine for the first six of salvia miltiorrhiza injection,Xuesaitong soft capsule,CSDP,Tongxinluo capsules,Ginkgo,Xuesaitong injection fluid.Conclusions The cardiovascular medicine in our hospital medication basically consistent with safe,effective and economical treatment principles,clinical disease oral preparation as the main body center formulations,the amount of consumption can be led to injections.
