Research on the Tail Hydrogen Recovery Process of Paraffin Hydrogenation Equipment

摘要 通过对石蜡加氢装置自产低分气的组成分析,及改造思路的探索,找出将低分气做为补充氢源的可行性,从而开发出低分气新的附加值,避免简单烧掉或放空造成的资源浪费,进一步完善了加氢工艺流程的合理性,开辟出一条新的降低成本之路。通过估算,20万t/a的石蜡加氢装置每天可回收氢气约7 680 m3,按年投资69.01万元计算(按350天)效益为260万元左右。按投资69.01万元计算,0.26年即可收回成本。 Composition of paraffin hydrogenation equipment tail gas was analyzed, alteration ideas were researched. To develop additional value of the tail gas and avoid resource waste, feasibility of using the tail gas as complementary hydrogen source was discussed. Then hydrogenation process was improved to decrease production cost. By estimating, about 7 680 m3 hydrogen can be recycled every day for 200kt/a paraffin hydrogenation equipment, that is to say, the annual benefit will be ¥2 600 000. While the investment cost is ¥690 100, it can be recovered in 0.26 year.
