摘要
通过室内试验研究了高液限土基本特性,并结合现场试验路填筑试验,研究了不同类别高液限土的直接填筑性能和最优改良方案.结果表明:高液限土黏土和含砂高液限黏土可用于路堤直接填筑,填筑压实度可按88%标准控制,填筑厚度不宜大于8 m,路基整体填筑高度不宜大于12 m,宜按规范用包盖法整体填筑;高液限粉土及含砂高液限粉土因CBR值(California bearing ratio)达不到要求,不宜直接填筑,应采用改良方法处理后填筑;高液限粉土宜掺生石灰改良,最优掺入比为5%,含砂高液限粉土宜掺砂改良,最优掺入比为25%.各标段试验路分析结果验证了高液限土各填筑方案的正确性.
Based on the laboratory tests,the fundamental characteristics of high liquid limit soil were studied.The engineering characteristics of direct reclamation and the optimal improved schemes for different types of high liquid limit soil were investigated based on the embankment tests.The results show that high liquid limit clay and sand-carrying high liquid limit clay can be used directly as embankment filling using the pack-cover method,and the degree of compaction can be controlled at 88%,with the filling height no more than 8m and the total height of embankment no more than 12m.High liquid limit silt and sand-carrying high liquid limit silt are not suitable for fill directly because the California bearing ratio(CBR) cannot satisfy the requirement of greater than or equal to 3%.Therefore,they should be improved before use.High liquid limit silt ought to be improved with quicklime,and the best mixing ratio is 5%,while sand-carrying high liquid limit silt should be improved with sand,and the best mixing ratio is 25%.Through research and practice of experimental roads filled with high liquid limit soil,the construction techniques and key points of quality control in sub-grade construction with different schemes are put forward,and the results show that the schemes are correct.
