摘要
统计法制宣传教育必须转变传统普法教育观念,提高公民统计法律素质,增强教育有效性。要从普及法律常识向全面提高公民统计法律素质转变,增强教育目的要素的有效性;要从行政指令式、群众运动式和统一答卷式向常规化、制度化转变,实现教育方法要素的有效性;要从政府推进型、数字"政绩"型向改善法治环境、营造良好法治氛围转变,提高教育情境要素的有效性。
Statistics legal education must change the traditional concept of legal education, and enhance efficiency, improve quality of citizenship statistical laws. Popularization of legal knowledge from the citizens to comprehensively improve the quality of statistical changes in laws, and enhance the effectiveness of elements of educational purposes. Administrative directive from the type, style and unity of the mass movement - type re- sponses to the routine, systematic changes to achieve the effectiveness of teaching methods factor. From the Government to promote the type, number of ＂performance＂ model to improve the legal environment, to create a good atmosphere for change in the rule of law, the validity of elements to achieve educational context.
