摘要
代谢综合征是一组以胰岛素抵抗为基础且同时存在多种与心血管疾病有关的危险因素的临床症候群,西医主要是针对其各个组分疾病分别进行干预,缺乏针对病因的整体治疗,而中药复方因具有多途径、多靶点的作用方式,故有自身独到的优势。在代谢综合征诊治领域,如何发挥中医和西医各自的长处、优势互补是今后值得深人探讨的问题之一。
Metabolic syndrome has been used to describe the clustering of individual risk factors based on insulin resistance.Western medicine focus on the main components of each disease rather than the overall treatment for the causes,while traditional chinese medicine acts with muti-channels and muti-targets.Therefore,the integration of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine is worth further research in the future.
