摘要
针对某安装有减振器的机载电子设备结构进行了随机振动分析。讨论了减振器的仿真方法,利用CAD软件建立了电子设备三维模型,导入Patran中进行几何处理并划分网格,设置边界条件,并采用Nastran软件进行有限元求解,得到结构在机载振动环境下的应力与加速度功率谱密度响应。仿真结果和实测结果比较吻合,可用于进行带减震器结构形式的仿真分析。
A random vibration analysis of airborne electronic equipment structure. At first, the simulation model of damper was discussed. Second the 3D model was built using CAD software ,and it was imported to Patran to meshing, set boundary condition. Finally analysis was done using software Nastran, the stress and acceleration PSD of structure was got in the airborne vibration environment. In practice, the simulated result was similar with the test, and this way can be used to simulate the structure with damper.
