摘要
采用酶解去壁低渗法对溪黄草的体细胞染色体进行核型分析。结果表明:溪黄草的核型公式为2 n=2 X=24=14 m+6 sm+4 st,染色体相对长度组成为2 n=24=13 M 2+9 M 1+2 S,染色体组型为"2 A"型。这一细胞学结果可作为溪黄草与其它种的区分依据,同时也为其开发和利用奠定理论基础。
The methods of eliminating walls by enzymolysis and low osmosis were used to analyse the cell chromosome karyotype of Isodon serra(Maxim.)Hara.The results as follows:The karyotype formula of Isodon serra(Maxim.)Hara was 2 n=2 X=24=14 m+6 sm+4 st,the species chromosome complement based on relative length was 2 n=24=13 M 2+9 M 1+2 S,which belonged to "2 A" type.It would be as references for distinguishing the Isodon serra(Maxim.)Hara and other species,and as basis of exploitation and utilization for the Isodon serra(Maxim.) Hara.
