摘要
通过对某生产车间的设施布置进行分析,找出了存在的问题,运用系统布置设计(SLP)方法对车间进行物流和非物流关系分析,并设计出最佳的布置方案,使车间达到了物流顺畅和搬运路线最短,空间和资源得到了有效地利用,提高了企业的生产效率。
Existing problems are found out by analyzing the facility layout of one workshop.Systematic Layout Planning（SLP）is applied to analyzed material and non-material flow interrelation of the workshop,and the best layout scheme of the workshop is designed.The scheme can make the workshop attain the logistics smooth,transport a short route,and effectively utilized working room and resource.So,the purpose of improving production efficiency of the enterprise is got.
