摘要
目的探讨理视健眼操对眼动脉血流动力学影响。方法近视戴镜学生48人,在做理视健眼操前后,用彩色多普勒测定眼动脉的收缩期峰值速度和阻力指数。结果做理视健眼操后眼动脉的收缩期峰值速度比操前明显增快(P<0.001)。阻力指数明显下降(P<0.001),其变化有极显著意义。结论做理视健眼操能解除近视眼的充血情况,促进眼部血液循环,改善近视眼组织内环境,对视力保健和防止近视的发生发展均有一定作用。
Objective To explore the significance of ocular gymnastics on flow of ophthalmic artery in patients with myopia.Methods The peak systolic velocity and resistive index of ophthalmic artery were measured by colour doppler and two dimensional echocadiography(2 DE)in 48 myopia students with glasses before and after the ocular gymnastics.Results The peak systolic velocity was speeded up and the resistive index decreased significantly after ocular gymnastics(both P <0.001).Conclusion The ocular gymnastics has significant effects on sights and can prevent or delay the development and progress of myopia by improving the ophthalmic circulation and the tissue conditions around the eyes.
