摘要
以广州蓄能水电厂1 号机组的实际结构为例,首先应用Riccati传递矩阵法建立了计算机组自振特性的动力学模型,并分析了机组的自振特性及油膜轴承刚度对它的影响。然后结合Riccati传递矩阵法与Wilson-θ法[5]编制了轴系的瞬态响应计算程序,给出了机组在几种典型外载荷作用下的瞬态响应。该模型的建立将加深对水轮机组动特性的认识。
Based on the actualstructure ofthe shaft system ofthe hydro-turbine generator unitNo.1 in Guangzhou Pum ped Storage Pow erStation, a dynam icm odelforthe analysis of free vibration of the system is obtained by using the Riccatitransfer m atrix m ethod. The dynam ic characteristics ofthe system and theinfluenceofthe stiffnessofoil-film bearings on the characteristics are analyzed. A com puter program for the calculation of the transient response ofthe system is w itten on the basis ofthe Wilson-θm ethod in conjunction w ith the Ricatitransfer m atrix m ethod. The transientresponses to severaltypicalexcitations are also given. The m odel presented in the paper w ill give a better understanding of the dynam ic characteristics ofthe system and a guidance in the design and faultdiagnosis ofthe unit.
