摘要
【目的】探讨2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的相关临床危险因素。【方法】对180例2型糖尿病患者进行四肢神经传导速度检测,并将其分为DPN组和非DPN组。同时测定患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯等指标,对病程、血生化等各指标进行单因素分析,然后进行多因素Logistic回归分析。【结果】在单因素分析中,DPN组的病程、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平与非DPN组的相比有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:病程、糖化血红蛋白与DPN的发病呈正相关(P〈0.05)。【结论】病程与糖化血红蛋白是DPN的高危因素。
[ObjectivelTo discuss the correlation between the clinical risk factors and Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). [Methods]Standard sensory and motor nerve conduction studies were performed in 180 patients with type-2 diabetes. They were divided into DPN and non-DPN group according to the results. Fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and triglyceride of the patients were determined ; T-test, Chisquare test and Logistic Regression were used for statistical analysis, [Results]There were significant difference in fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and the course of the disease between DPN and nonDPN groups( P 〈0.05). Significant positive correlation of glycosylated hemoglobin as well as the course with DPN was found( P 〈0. 05). [Conclusion]The course of the disease and glycosylated hemoglobin were the high-risk factors of DPN in patients with type-2 diabetes.
