摘要
对新世纪以来美国图书情报专业毕业生就业领域、就业职位、收入、寻找工作的方式、影响就业的主要因素进行详细分析,并从课程体系、培养目标、就业服务体系3个视角探讨美国图书情报教育为促进就业而采取的措施,进而对新信息环境下我国图书情报教育的发展提出对策。
This article gives a detailed analysis of LIS graduates in the US from the perspective of employment fields, positions, income, methods to find jobs and main factors affecting employment since the new century. Then, the article discusses the measures the LIS education in the US takes for promoting the graduates' employment from the perspective of curriculum, training objective and employment service system. The article also proposes some strategies for the development of LIS education in the new information environment.
