摘要 宏转录组学是一门在整体水平上研究某一特定环境、特定时期群体生物全基因组转录情况以及转录调控规律的学科。概述了新兴的宏转录组学在微生物生态学研究中的进展,并总结了其与微生物宏基因组学研究方法相比的优缺点。宏转录组学是一种新颖有效的方法,在微生物生态学,甚至在复杂微生物群落的生态学研究中都具有广阔的应用前景。 Metatranscriptomics is an area to study the gene transcriptional rules of certain organisms in specific environment and time. This paper summarized the progress of metatranscriptomics on microbial ecology, and compared its advantages and disadvantages with meta-genomics. Metatranscriptomics has a promising future as a direct and efficient method to study transcription and gene regulation in microbial ecology and with complex microbial communities.
