胰岛素样生长因子IGF-1的研究进展 被引量：14

摘要 胰岛素样生长因子IGF-1是一种多功能细胞增殖调控因子,含有70个氨基酸的碱性多肽,主要由肝脏合成,大部分以结合蛋白的形式存在于血液中,它具有促进体内蛋白质沉积、骨骼增长和限制脂肪组织增大的功能。上世纪70～90年代,人们对IGF-1的调节作用及其分子生物学基础进行的大量深入研究,取得了一些显著的成果。就胰岛素样生长因子IGF-1的发现、发展和进一步的研究方向,做一简单概述。
