摘要
基于调查数据建立数学模型,并以湖南省长沙市宁乡县关山村上地流转情况做实证分析。通过实地调研搜集数据资料,分析当地土地流转状况,构建土地流转与农民收入模型,进而研究二者的关系。结果表明:土地流转在一定程度上提高了农民收入,但流转过程中仍存在政府补偿较低、土地利用结构调整不当、农民保障等亟待解决的问题。因此,应在做好土地流转工作的同时,注意切实保障农民利益,合理调整土地利用结构以实现农民收入的增加。
The purpose of this paper is to find the relationship between transfer of rural land and peasants＇ income and to dcsign a model for further researches. The research is carried at a village names Guanshan in Ningxiang County, Changsha City. The method of math modeling and empirical study is employed to analysis the data gleaned from the peasants. The resuhs indicale that the level of peasants＇ income is improved through the transfer of land-use rights. But there still are many problems in tbc process of the transfer, such as fairly low compensation by government, unsuitable adjustment of land use structure and peasants＇ security. Therefore, the local government needs to lay more emphasis on protecting the peasants＇ interests and maintain the grain yield.
