摘要
目的研制以盐酸洛美沙星为主药的滴耳液。方法处方组成与制备工艺,使用紫外线分光光度法测定盐酸洛美沙星含量,进行药效、毒性试验。结果处方设计合理,制备工艺简便可行。结论该滴耳液处方合理,质量控制方法可靠。
Objective Develop ear drops with main medicine of Lomef loxacin Hydrochlocride.Methods Rescription constitution and developing craft use ultraviolet spectroscopy to measurese content of Lomefloxacin H ydrochlocride,and carry on experiment of medicine effect and toxicity.Results Prescription design is reasonable,and craft is simple and feasible.Conclusion The ear drops liquid has reasonable prescription,quality controls method is credible.
