长方案促性腺激素启动时间对体外授精-胚胎移植结局的影响
摘要
黄体期长方案是体外授精-胚胎移植（in vitro fertility and embryo transfer,IVF-ET）的首选方案。其优势在于：降低黄体生成素（LH）峰提前发生率;降低周期取消率;更为精确地调控卵泡发育;便于患者的取卵安排。然而该方案在临床应用中还有不完善的地方,为了寻求更为完善的方法,生殖同仁们尝试着不同的改良方法,从长针长方案,
