Design of Power Unit Based on Cascaded H Bridge Converter

摘要 针对多电平功率变换电路在中压、大功率应用场合因其所具有的良好性能而获得广泛地关注的情况,简单介绍了多电平变换器的种类,及H桥级联结构的优点,并完成了基于H桥级联变流器的功率单元的硬件电路及软件设计。文中详细介绍了硬件电路各主要部分所采用的芯片及实现的功能,并进行了相关实验验证。该功率单元选择CPLD作为核心控制芯片,可以很好地实现故障监测、故障处理及IGBT的驱动保护等功能。 Multi-level power conversion power circuit has received wide attention in the medium voltage and high power applications,because of its good performance.A brief introduction of the varieties of the multi-level converter and the advantages of the structure of cascaded H bridges is given.The hardware and software design of the power unit is completed based on cascaded H bridges converter.A detailed description of the function of the main part of the hardware circuit including the used chips is given.Some related experiments are finished.The power unit chooses CPLD as the core control chip,which could well implement the functions of analog detection,fault handling,driving and protection for IGBT.
