摘要
国民经济发展与气象条件变化密切相关,科学分析气象条件与行业经济发展的相关性和敏感性,有利于提高气象服务的针对性和服务效益。针对江苏省国民经济的典型行业,包括农业、工业、建筑业、批发和零售贸易餐饮业以及房地产业等5个行业,以1998年—2008年江苏13个地级市原始气象资料和各行业GDP值、固定资产投入以及从业人员数为依据,构建柯布-道格拉斯(Cobb-Douglas)生产函数模型,分析气象因子对各行业产值的影响大小及程度,得出江苏省各行业对气象条件的敏感性排名,从高到低依次为:建筑业、农业、批发和零售贸易餐饮业、房地产业、工业。
Focusing on typical sectors of national economy including agriculture,industry,construction industry,wholesale and retail trade,catering industry,banking and insurance,and real estate,adopting the method of Cobb-Douglas production function,putting fixed assets investment,number of employees and the meteorological factors as input,the paper analyzes the degree of the meteorological factors' impact on output value of the sectors in Jiangsu Province,and sorts them according to the degree of their meteorological sensitivity.
