摘要
本文计算分析了不同槽型对径向直线槽液体机械密封性进的影响,重点探讨了在不同边界压力、不同转速条件下,槽型对该类机械密封的开启力和刚度的影响。发现圆底平顶槽具有最大的开启力和液膜刚度。
The characteristics of a radial grooves are analyzed in this paper with a key on theopen force and the liquid film stiffness influenced by the groove shapes with different boundary pressure and different shaft speed. The results shOW that the round bottom groove has thegreatest open force and the greatest liquid film stiffness compared with the cosine groove orthe flat bottom groove.
