摘要
针对大庆杏树岗油田目前出现高水淹问题,研究出一种长效复合泡沫体系。该泡沫体系半衰期达到54h,发泡体积在475mL以上,适合温度低于50℃、矿化度小于10g/L的油藏。均质岩心实验表明,水驱后注入泡沫段塞,采收率可增加17%。杏7-1—33井现场试验表明,措施后连通油井受效情况发生改变,增油降水效果明显,井组累计增油3168t,投人产出比达到1:3.68。该泡沫体系能有效地抑制注入水沿高渗透部位突进,提高了驱油效率,可以满足杏树岗油田高渗透储层注水开发的要求。
Aiming at the currently high watered-out problem of Xingshugang Oilfield in Daqing Oilfield, one kind of compound enduring-effect foam system has been developed. The half-life period of this system is 54 hours, the foaming volume is above 475ml, and it is suitable for the reservoirs with the temperature below 50 ℃ and the salini- ty less than 10g/L. The result of homogeneous core experiments shows that the recovery factor can be increased by 17% by injecting foam slug after waterflooding. The field test of Well Xing 7-1-33 shows that the response of the connected oil producers has changed after treatment with obvious increase of oil production rate and decrease of wa- ter cut. The cumulative incremental oil production rate from the well group has reached 3186 t with the input/out- put ratio of 1 : 3.68. This foam system can effectively prevent the injected water from advancing suddenly along the high permeability part and improve the displacement efficiency as well; therefore it can satisfy the demands of waterflooding development of high-permeability reservoirs in Xingshugang Oilfield.
