Evaluation of radiofrequency technology in facial rejuvenation

摘要 目的肉眼观察与量化测定验证射频在面部年轻化中的临床疗效。方法对6例女性面部老化者,采用Slimager射频仪治疗半侧面部,以另半侧作为对照。每间隔4d治疗1次,5次为1个疗程。1个疗程结束后,分别采用接受治疗者、临床医师评分及Angel软件专业测量法对临床疗效进行评价。结果分析显示1个疗程(20d)治疗后,原有的面部皮肤松弛和皱纹都有明显改善,就医者与医师双方对疗效均感满意。数据测量显示:1个疗程治疗结束后面部整体提升2.4mm,鼻唇沟深度提升2.2mm。结论射频技术是一种安全、有效、无创的非手术治疗方法,对紧缩肌肤、改善皱纹、面部年轻化有很好的临床疗效。 Objective To quantitatively evaluate the efficacy of radiofrequency technology in the facial rejuvenation. Methods Six Chinese female volunteers received five times treatments at 4 days interval with the Slimager radiofrequeney device on one side of their face, the other side as a control. After that, we evaluated the clinical efficacy by patients, clinicians, and professional measuring Angel Software, respectively. Results The results showed that the skin looseness and rhytides improved significantly after treatment (20 days). Patients and doctors were satisfied with the efficacy. Data measurements showed that the face levitated by 2.4 ram, the nasolabial fold levitated by 2.2 mm after the treatment. Conclusions The radiofrequency technology is a safe, nowinvasive and non-surgical treatment method, which is effective for tightening skin, eliminating rhytides, and rejuvenating face.
