本文介绍了张力控制的必要性,总结了张力控制方法:张力闭环速度控制和张力开环转矩控制、张力闭环转矩控制,同时给出了卷径计算的三种方法:速度、厚度设定方式,速度检测方式,累积厚度检测方式等。
This paper introduces three control methods ： close-loop speed control of tension, open-loop torque of tension and close-loop torque control of tension. It also presents three calculation methods of coil diameter： setting method of speed and thickness, detection method of speed, and detection method of cumulative thickness.
