摘要
目的 探讨鸡冠花提取物与钙对氟中毒大鼠骨密度、血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、丙二醛(MDA)、尿羟脯氨酸(HOP)的影响。方法 选用SD 大鼠40 只,雄性,随机平均分为5 组。1 组为正常对照,喂基础饲料及自来水;其余各组喂基础饲料及高氟水,除2 组外,3 组、4 组、5 组分别补加鸡冠花提取物、高钙饲料、高钙加鸡冠花提取物。实验8wk 后,测骨密度、血AKP、MDA、24h 尿钙、氟及尿肌酐含量。结果 高氟组血清MDA、AKP、尿HOP、尿钙显著高于正常对照组( P< 0 .05 或P< 0.01) ,高氟组体重、BMC及BMD均低于正常对照组和高钙加鸡冠花组(P< 0.05 或P<0 .01),各预防组血清AKP、体重、BMC及BMD各预防组之间无显著差别并与正常组接近。结论 饮食高氟可影响大鼠骨质代谢,补钙、补鸡冠花提取物可减少高氟所造成的影响。
Objective To research the effect of calcium and extraction of cristata L on high fluorine rats bone mineral density(BMC),bone mineral contents(BMC) and serum MDA, serum AKP and urinary HOP.Method Forty SD rats, male ,randomly divided into 5 groups. The first group was feed with normal food and tap water, the other groups were fed with normal food and high fluorine water. Except the 2 group, the 3、4、5 groups were fed with cristata L, high calcium, cristata L with high calcium. The BMC,BMD, serum MDA,24h urinary calcium, zinc, copper, fluorine and urinary Cr were determined in experimental 8w.Results The results expressed that the serum MDA, serum AKP, urinary calcium of high fluorine group was higher than normal group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the urinary calcium of high calcium group was higher than normal group (P<0.05). The weight, BMC and BMD of high fluorine was lower than normal group and cristata L with high calcium group (P<0.05 or P<0.01),but each preventive groups were not significant lower than normal group.Conclusions The food high fluorine can effect rats bone metabolism , supplementary calcium and cristata L can reduce the effect of high fluorine on bone metabolism.
