摘要
从管理学角度剖析我国生态公益林管理行为的内涵,论述和分析生态公益林管理的业务结构、组织体系、法规标准保障,提出生态公益林管理的体系结构框架,在总结生态公益管理体系结构的优势和存在问题的基础上提出一些发展建议。
This paper analyzed the connotation of Non-commercial Forest（NCF） management in China from the management study perspectives,and came up with the structure framework of the NCF management by defining and analyzing its business component,organizational structure and legislative standands and guarantees.Finally,some suggestions were proposed after discussing the advantages disadvantages and existing problems in the architecture of NCF management.
