摘要
和谐劳动关系是社会主义和谐社会的重要基础。规范和协调劳动关系,不仅要通过强有力的法律调整,而且要通过广泛而深刻的道德调整。和谐劳动关系的道德调整是中国国情的必然诉求,它符合中国文化传统的要求,适合当代中国非公有制经济发展的特点,有利于实现劳动者的体面劳动,有利于实现对劳动者的人文关怀和心理疏导。在此基础上,作者提出了和谐劳动关系调整的实现路径,即创建劳动关系道德评价体系,成立道德评价机构;加强劳动关系双方的道德修养,唤醒双方内心的道德良知;强化媒体的舆论导向和监督作用,营造良好的社会环境;转变政府管理理念,强化劳动监察部门在协调劳动关系中的责任。
Harmonious labor relations are the important foundation of a harmonious so- cialist society. The regulation and coordination of labor relations depend not only on strong legal adjustment, but also on extensive and profound moral adjustment. China's national conditions inevitably demand moral adjustment of harmonious labor relations, which meets the requirements of Chinese cultural tradition, is suitable for the characteristics of non-public economic development in contemporary China, and also is conducive to the realization of de- cent jobs, humanistic concern and psychological counseling related to laborers. On this ba- sis, this paper proposes the paths to the realization of moral adjustment of harmonious labor relations, namely to create moral evaluation system of labor relations and establish moral evaluation institutions, to strengthen moral cultivation of both sides of labor relations and wake up their inner moral consciences, to reinforce the media^s public opinion orientation function and supervision function and create a sound social environment, and to transform governmental management conception and strengthen labor inspection authorities~ responsi- bility for the coordination of labor relations.
