摘要
首先使用SolidWorks对渐开线齿轮进行三维实体建模,然后通过SolidWorks与ANSYS的接口导入ANSYS中,利用ANSYS软件对齿轮进行模态分析,计算出齿轮的低阶固有振动频率和主振型,为齿轮系统的动态设计提供参考,同时也为齿轮系统的动态响应计算和分析奠定了基础。
The paper first created a there-dimensional solid modeling for the involute gear by using SolidWorks, then imported the model to the ANSYS through the SolidWorks and ANSYS interface, calculated its low-order inherent vibration frequency and the host vibration model, provided the reference to the dynamic design of gear system and laid the foundation of dynamic response calculation and analysis of the gear system at the same time.
